a little about us...
we opened quad more than 8 years ago at 580 king street west. since then we opened up quad west at 447 speers road in oakville. then in 2009, we opened up quad east at 672 queen street east just west of broadview. we strive to make indoor cycling important with well maintained schwinn ic pro bikes and great teachers. we try to create, with your help, an environment that is friendly and warm, with great positive energy, so you can get the best indoor cycling workouts.

the 2010 quad summer special is now available:
3 months unlimited for 240 dollars plus the hst. (two months for the price of one you save $40 on a regular 3 month package).
6 months unlimited for 425 dollars plus the hst. (you save $85 on a regular 6 month package).
*these specials can be added to any current package you may have.
*they cannot be transferred.
*they cannot be extended.
do you have a group that wants to spin on a weekly basis?
if so, any time outside of regularly scheduled classes would work. our group rate is only 150 dollars plus applicable taxes.

the quad west in oakville teen classes for the summer;
will take place on mondays and fridays at 10:30 am. if your child can fit the bike they can attend the class. micheline chooses top 40 songs to motivate the kids and introduces them to her great passion for spinning.

we love this shoe so much that we rent it for 3 bucks. try it first and then buy it for $170 plus taxes including the shimano spd cleats.
