we opened 6 years ago at 580 king street west in toronto, ontario canada. we are committed to making indoor cycling available to all, with tons of classes including introduction classes on the weekends at noon and the best bikes and teachers you can find. you can use your pass at quad and/or quad west in oakville. |

| quad is presenting this course on sunday, septemebr 7, 2008 between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm. it is an Instructor enhancement/spinner advancement workshop.
this course will delve into the essence of class design, how to find and choose the music, comprehending the music, creating spin profiles and then finally the class presentation. spinning theory will be explored as well as proper cycling technique.

| 8 week weight loss program starts september 6, 2008 |
| micheline and claudine will be starting this program on saturday, from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm and it will run for 8 consecutive saturdays.
classes will be 90 minutes in length and always include a regular cycling class.
things start off with a fun ride and a private weigh in and measuring.
the girls will detail how your body responds to cycling and exercise.
then the focus will shift to eating habits with a meeting with a nutritionist.
to enhance your activity awareness, other sports and exercises will be introduced on a regular basis including; dance, pilates, yoga, martial arts, and resistance training.
there will be checks on the progress of the group throughout the 8 weeks
the cycling classes will be modified to focus on new body parts.
nutritional habits will be re-examined.
a final measuring will be done in the final class.
